The staff was affable and gave some great recommendations. the room was good-sized and functional with good facilities, very comfortable cleanliness, bath tub, had everything we wanted. - the location was comfy and strategic, close to Penang island for shopping, and a convenience store.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its spacious and clean suite. The staff, especially the Bangladeshi employees, were incredibly friendly and attentive. We also enjoyed the large golf course and the three swimming pools. this hotel is great value for money and perfect for a relaxing break.

There's just one minor improvement needed - the kitchen in the apartment could benefit from having more cooking utensils.

The swimming pool with a slide was awesome, especially for kids, and the option for a late check-out until 2 pm was convenient. the environment was beautiful and green.

The service was impeccable, with room service available around the clock and helpful staff at reception. The amenities were great too, with a lovely swimming pool, fitness centre and dining choices. We appreciated the free Wi-Fi in our rooms as well.
